We appreciate the relationship between you and our practice. We have been receiving an increasing number of inquiries regarding insurance coverage issues for medications and other services. Since we are a cash-based practice, we do not accept or participate in any type of insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid.  This means that we do not complete prior authorizations or other accommodations for insurance reimbursement. Patients are solely responsible for any form of contact with their insurance provider. Some of our patients find that cash pay prices for medications and healthcare services are comparable to costs they may incur after insurance reimbursement.
